Why NEBCM?  At the Vancouver show in 2004 I was lucky enough to win a Meet & Greet pass and have my dream come true!!  I also met some terrific people – Aisling from Calgary, Liz from Seattle and of course fellow NEBCM member James from Victoria.  We all traded email addresses in order to photo-swap.  I’m not sure of the details, but Rick got my email address from Liz and the rest is history!!  It is awesome to get together with a group of people who share the same passion for music and especially Metallica!!

A Little About Me.....

I was born and raised in Edmonton and moved to Vancouver in 1995.  I work as a Controller for a mechanical company and also am working towards my CGA designation.  I love Metallica, computers, RV’ing, my cats (Spid and Kevin) and my newly born puppy Jaymz who will be coming to live with us when he is old enough in mid-December.

Meeting the band this year was a dream come true!!  Robert kissed my hand, Kirk was sweet and quiet, James gave me a HUGE hug when I told him how much he and the band have made crappy stuff in my life tolerable and Lars could not pronounce Coquitlam for the life of him.  What he called it cannot be repeated here, this is a family show after all isn’t it??
